岛叶胶质瘤的手术治疗

SURGICAL RESECTION OF INTRINSIC INSULAR GLIOMA

①目的 探讨广泛性切除岛叶低级别胶质瘤的可行性和效果。②方法 采用显微外科技术 ,在导航技术的辅助下利用脑的自然池、裂 ,对 1 7例岛叶区低级别胶质瘤进行广泛性切除。③结果 1 7例病人术后头颅CT或MRI检查无明显肿瘤组织残存 ,除 2例病人出现暂时性失语外 ,均恢复良好。④结论 边缘系统的胶质瘤 ,广泛性切除肿瘤而不损伤重要功能结构是可行的 。

Objective\ To study the feasibility and outcome of extensive surgical removal of low grade glioma in limbic system. \ Methods\ 17 patients with low grade glioma originating in limbic system treated by extensive removal were analyzed retrospectively. \ Results\ Total removal was achieved in 17 cases. There was no operative death. Postoperatively, no severe complications were found except for two cases with temporary anepia and decline of anamnesis . Postoperative CT scan and MRI did not find any residual tumor.\ Conclusion\ It is possible to extensively remove the glioma which derives from limbic system without injuring its important surrounding structures. The key point of meeting with success is by using microsurgical technique.
