Under network environment, the university library should start fro m making things convenient for the users, actively create new service methods such as cyber-borrowing based on bibliographic database enquiry, and strengthening retrieval function of bibliographic database is the foundation on that the accur ate enquiry can be guaranteed and cyber-borrowing service can be completed.
