随着对高校软环境建设的重视,高校图书馆软环境建设也成为当务之急,引入管理美学势在必行。管理美学不仅是探讨管理艺术的科学,也是美育学的扩大和延伸。本文探讨了构建高校图书馆管理美学的物质基础和文化背景、文化价值。指出管理美学的诞生,必将大大的充实和丰富高等教育的学科建设和教育内容。而图书馆管理美学又在很大程度上为高校软环境建设起着积极的意义和作用。

With the growing attention of constructing soft environment in the un iversities, the construction of the soft environment in university library also becomes the urgent task, so it is necessary to introduce managerial aesthetics i n university library. Managerial aesthetics is not only a science to discuss on the art of management, but also the expansion of aesthetic education. This paper probes into the material base, cultural background and cultural value of constr ucting managerial aesthetics in university library, and points out that the gene ration of managerial aesthetics will substantiate and enrich the subject constru ction and education contents of higher education, and on the other hand manageri al aesthetics in university library has active meaning and function in construct ion of soft environment of universities to a great extent.
