试论科技管理网络化的实现

Discussion on the Networking of Sci-tech Management

阐述了网络管理是最适应加入WTO后全球化、知识化的管理模式,必将成为管理科学发展的新趋势,并提出了确立“以人为本”管理理念,建立有效的管理机制和网络管理应用系统、充分体现对知识和对“社会人”的管理等方面的建议。

This paper expounds that the network management, which is the most su itable management model to the globalization and knowledging after WTO entry, wi ll certainly become the new trend of the development of the management science, and puts forward some suggestions of establishing the management concept of “re garding the people as the foundation”, building effective management mechanism and network management application system, embodying the full management for the knowledge and “social person”, etc.
