摘要
企业以追求经济效益为目的,面对信息业的高度发展,技术优势已不再是获得高额利润的必然与唯一途径。先进的生产力一旦为不同的企业所共有,技术优势在市场竞争中常常显得苍白无力;而只有服务是一个永久常新的课题。优质的服务不但可以为企业赢得利润,而且可以为企业赢得广泛的市场、塑造企业形象、创建企业品牌。建筑业亦必须增强服务意识。
The enterprises take the pursuit of economic benefit as the target, a nd facing the rapid development of information industry, the technical superiori ty is no longer the necessary and only way to get high profit. Once the advanced productivity is commonly possessed by different enterprises, the technical supe riority often looks to be feeble in market competition, and only the service is a permanent and evernew problem. The quality service can obtain not only profit but also wide market for enterprises, mould enterprise image, and create enterpr ise brand. The building trade must strengthen its service consciousness.
