SARS患者血清中SARS相关冠状病毒抗体产生规律的初步分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :了解严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)患者血清中 SARS病毒特异性 Ig M、Ig G抗体产生的规律。方法 :随机选取32例 SARS患者 5 5份血清标本 ,应用 EL ISA分别检测抗 SARS病毒 Ig M、Ig G抗体。结果 :Ig M抗体阳性率为 5 6 .4 % ,平均出现时间为 (5 .88± 2 .6 2 ) d,其中 2例患者在发病后第 2天即出现阳性 ,平均消失时间为 (14 .2 5± 2 .97) d;Ig G抗体阳性率为4 1.9% ,平均出现时间为 (11.4 0± 4 .2 0 ) d,其中 2例患者在发病后第 3天即为阳性 ;Ig M和 Ig G抗体的总体阳性漏检率为6 .2 5 %。结论 :SARS患者于发病后 3~ 7d血清中出现特异的 Ig M抗体 ,可用于实验室诊断 ;同时进行 Ig M和 Ig G抗体的检测可用于发病 8~ 14 Objective: To explore the mode of SARS coronavirus(SARS CoV) specific antibodies production in SARS patients. Methods: Anti SARS CoV antibodies in 55 serum samples of 32 SARS patients were detected by ELISA. Results: Anti SARS CoV was positive in 56.4% of SARS serum samples. The average period of IgM appearance was (5.88 ±2.62) d from SARS onset;the earliest time of IgM appearance was 1 d after SARS onset; the average period of IgM disappearance was (14.25±2.97) d. Anti SARS CoV IgG was positive in 41.9% of SARS serum samples. The average period of IgG appearance was (11.40±4.20) d from SARS onset;sera of 6.25% SARS patients was negative of both SARS specific IgG and IgM. Conclusion: SARS specific IgM can be positive 3 7 d after the onset of SARS. Test of SARS specific IgM can benefit the early diagnosis of SARS. And the analysis of both SARS specific IgM and IgG can be used to screen SARS patients 8 14 d after onset of fever.
