摘要
目的 :研究辐射诱导的白血病小鼠胸腺组织中的辐射致癌相关基因。方法 :应用基因芯片技术对 6 0 Coγ射线诱导的小鼠白血病胸腺和正常对照组织中的 m RNA进行检测。 结果 :在 80 0 0条目的基因中共发现显著差异的表达基因 (差异在 3倍以上 ) 319条 ,其中表达上升的有 111条 ,下降的有 2 0 8条 ,这些基因涉及到信号转导、细胞周期调节、免疫球蛋白、DNA修复等功能。 结论
Objective: To study irradiation carcinogen related gene in the leukemia mice induced by 60 Co γ ray irradiation. Methods: cDNA microarray was used to detect the mRNA from both leukemia model induced by 60 Co γ ray and normal tissue.Results: Among 8 000 genes there were 319 with abnormal expression (changed more than 3 folds), including 111 expressed higher and 208 lower compared with that of the control. These genes involved in many kinds of functions, such as signal transduction, cell cycle modulation, immune globulin, DNA repair, etc. Conclusion: Many tumor related genes are involved in the process of irradiation carcinogen.
