摘要
借助于有限元软件ANSYS对金属切削的变形过程进行了数值模拟,从中得到了切削过程的初始阶段切削力的变化规律,并通过实验验证了这一规律的正确性。该方法新颖、独特,其应用将有助于分析刀具的破损及耐冲击性。
Ba se d on the technology of numerical simulation and the FEM software ANSYS,the proc ess of the metal cut-ting is simulated,and the changing process of cutting fo rce in this primitive cutting stage.Comparing it with the experiment result,i ts validity is verified.This method is new and unique.Its application will be helpful to analyze dilapidation and vibration strength for cutting tool.
