水分胁迫下玉米叶片气孔密度、大小及显微结构的变化 被引量:38

摘要 应用石蜡切片法对土壤中度水分胁迫下玉米叶片的气孔特性进行了测定。结果表明:经水分胁迫的玉米叶片气孔密度增大,气孔的长、宽明显减小。气孔长度与宽度呈显著的正相关(r=0 8664 ),气孔密度与长度呈显著的负相关(r=-0 9315 ),气孔密度与宽度呈显著的负相关(r=-0 8782 )。水分胁迫下玉米叶片气孔的显微结构发生了规律性变化,主要表现为气孔开度逐渐变小直至关闭,且不同基因型玉米表现不同。 Stomatal characters of maize leaves under moderate water stress were observed with paraffin method The results showed that stomatal density of maize leaves increased, stomatal length and width decreased obviously Stomatal length was positively correlated with stomatal width(r=0866 4**), and stomatal density had a significantly negative correlation with stomatal length (r=-0931 5**)and width(r=-0878 2**) Stomatal microstructure of maize leaves changed regularly, and stomatal apertura closed step by step Different genotypes of maize showed different characters
