摘要
对烟草全氮含量、生物碱含量的杂种优势和配合力进行了分析。结果表明:全氮含量、生物碱含量表现负向杂种优势较多的趋势。一般配合力(GCA)方差差异极显著,且GCA的方差量均大于特殊配合力(SCA)的方差量。GCA效应白肋烟表现为减少,而晒红烟表现为增加。SCA的效应全氮含量表现较好的组合有Bur ley21×延晒3号和Burley21×自来红。生物碱含量表现较好的组合有Burley21×自来红、TI1068×延晒3号及KB108×延晒3号。
