烟草叶片中全氮含量和生物碱含量的杂种优势及配合力分析 被引量:6

摘要 对烟草全氮含量、生物碱含量的杂种优势和配合力进行了分析。结果表明:全氮含量、生物碱含量表现负向杂种优势较多的趋势。一般配合力(GCA)方差差异极显著,且GCA的方差量均大于特殊配合力(SCA)的方差量。GCA效应白肋烟表现为减少,而晒红烟表现为增加。SCA的效应全氮含量表现较好的组合有Bur ley21×延晒3号和Burley21×自来红。生物碱含量表现较好的组合有Burley21×自来红、TI1068×延晒3号及KB108×延晒3号。 Heterosis and combining ability of total nitrogen content and alkaloid content were analyzed The results showed these chemical compounds possessed negative heterosis tendency The variances of GCA were super significant and they were all higher than those of SCA base on the analysis of the combining ability The GCA effect of Burley decreased and that of sun-cured tobacco increased The SCA effects in the total nitrogen content of cross combinations of Burley 21×Yanshai 3 and Burley 21×Zilaihong were better, the alkaloid content of cross combination of Burley 21×Zilaihong, TI 1068×Yanshai 3 and KB 108×Yanshai 3 was better
