摘要
为了开发我国板栗资源 ,采用气相色谱法对板栗油脂肪酸组成进行了分析。经分析检测出 7种脂肪酸 ,含量分别是豆蔻酸 0 .12 3%、棕榈酸 13.933%、棕榈油酸 0 .4 5 1%、硬脂酸 0 .770 %、油酸 4 3.6 91%、亚油酸 33.988%、亚麻酸 6 .35 5 % ,这对板栗油的研究。
In order to develop the source of chestnut oil fatty acid composition of chestnut oil were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC). There are seven components in it and the percentage of them are myristic acid 0.123, palmitic acid 13.933, palmitic olelic acid 0.451, steaic acid 0.770, olelic acid 43.691, linoleic acid 33.988, linolenic acid 6.355 .
