转基因食品的安全性越来越受到人们的广泛关注。对转基因食品存在的潜在危害进行了全面分析 ,如可能引起的人体过敏反应 ,抗药性及对人们引起的健康危害等。概述了对转基因食品的安全性评估的主要方面 ,介绍了世界各国对转基因食品安全的态度及其对转基因食品的管理模式。
People paid more and more attention to safety of genetically modified food at present.Potential hazards to body health such as anaphylaxis,resistance to drugs etc.were analyzed in the thesis.The main aspects of safety assessment of genetically modified food,the difference attitude and management model to the safety assess of genetically modified food in international society were generalized.
