摘要
[目的 ]探讨脑室注射血管升压素受体 1阻断剂 (OPC 2 12 6 8)对大鼠压力感受性反射的影响 .[方法 ]静脉注射苯肾上腺素诱发减压反射 ,测定减压反射前后的心率和肾交感神经放电活动变化与平均动脉压变化值 ,观察侧脑室注射OPC 2 12 6 8后心率和肾交感神经放电活动变化与平均动脉压变化的比值随时间的变化 .[结果 ]甲基多巴灌胃后心率和肾交感神经放电活动变化与平均动脉压变化的比值明显降低 ,侧脑室注射OPC 2 12 6 8后心率和肾交感神经放电活动变化与平均动脉压变化的比值与注射前相比较明显降低 .[结论 ]血管升压素在中枢对压力感受性反射起易化作用 .
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of central vasopressin on baroreceptor reflex in rats.?METHODS?Depressor reflex was induced by intravenous injection of phenylephrine, then the heart rate(HR), renal sympathetic nerve activity(RSNA) and mean arterial pressur(MAP) were measured, and after microinjecting an antagonist of the vasopressin receptor 1 of OPC 21268 into cerebral ventricular, ΔHR/ΔMAP and ΔRSNA/ΔMAP were observed.?RESULTS?Preadministration of methydopa,an inhibitor of sympathetic center,evoked decrease of ΔRSNA/ΔMAP and ΔHR/ΔMAP, and intracerebroventricular microinjection of OPC 21268 elicited significant decreases in ΔHR/ΔMAP and ΔRSNA/ΔMAP.?CONCLUSION?The central vasopressin regulates the baroreceptor reflex through a facilitatory function.
