[目的 ]用高效液相色谱法测定骨宁片中淫羊藿苷的含量 .[方法 ]采用ZoobaxC18(4 6mm×2 5 0 0mm)色谱柱 ,乙腈 水 (体积比为 30∶70 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 70nm ,柱温为 4 0℃ ,流速为 1 0mL/min .[结果 ]线性范围为 0 0 80 4～ 0 4 82 4 μg ,线性关系良好 ,回归方程为Y =6 6 75 3 3X +110 2 7,相关系数为r =0 9999,平均回收率为 99 0 % ,RSD为 1 0 % .[结论

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of the shorthorned epimedium herb glycoside in the Gu Ning Tablets by HPLC. ?METHODS?The Zoobax C 18 Column(4 6?mm×250 0?mm)was used, the methyl cyanide water (V∶V=30∶70) mixture as the mobile phase, with the detection at 270?nm, and column temperature was 40?℃, and the flow rate was 1 0?mL/min.?RESULTS?The linear calibration curves are obtained in the concentration ranges of 0 080?4～0 482?4?μg. The regression equation was Y =66?753 3? X + 1?102 7, r =0 999?9. The average recovery was 99 0%, and RSD was 1 0%.?CONCLUSION?The HPLC fit for detecting the content of the shorthorned epimedium herb glycoside in the Gu Ning Tablets.
