延边地区朝鲜族和汉族学生心血管病相关因素的分布比较

Distribution of related factors for cardiovascular diseases in the students of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in Yanbian area

[目的 ]比较朝鲜族和汉族学生心血管病相关因素的分布 .[方法 ]采用横断面研究对延边地区 12 73名朝鲜族和汉族学生的心血管病危险因素进行了调查 .[结果 ]朝鲜族男性高密度脂蛋白 胆固醇均值为 1 0 0mmol/L ,汉族为 1 0 8mmol/L ,空腹血糖均值分别为 4 6 3,3 39mmol/L ,重度肥胖率分别为 6 5 % ,3 6 % .朝鲜族和汉族女性甘油三酯水平均值分别为 0 83,0 75mmol/L ,空腹血糖均值分别为 4 83,3 36mmol/L ,舒张压分别为 71 1,6 9 5mmHg ,重度肥胖率分别为 8 6 % ,4 9% .男女上述指标间均有民族间差异 .[结论 ]朝鲜族和汉族学生心血管病相关因素分布有差异 。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of related factors for cardiovascular disease in Korean Chinese and Han nationality students.?METHODS?Using the cross sectional study, the risk factors for cardiovascular disease were studied in 1?273 students of Korean Chinese and Han nationality of Yanbian area.?RESULTS?The mean of high density liprotein cholesterol (HDL C), fasting blood glucose (FBG) and the rate of severe obesity were 1 00?mmol/L, 4 63?mmol/L and 6 5% in the male of Korean Chinese nationality, 1 08?mmol/L, 3 39?mmol/L and 3 6% in the male of Han nationality, respectively. The mean of triglycerides(TG), FBG, diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and the rate of severe obesity were 0 83?mmol/L, 4.83?mmol/L, 71 1?mmHg and 8 6% in the female of Korean Chinese nationality, 0 75?mmol/L, 3 36?mmol/L, 69.5?mmHg and 4 9% in the female of Han nationality, respectively. There were significant difference in above all indexes between.?CONCLUSION?The distribution of related factors for cardiovascular disease was significant difference in the Korean Chinese and Han nationality nationality and surveillance of related factors for cardiovascular disease must be needed as soon as possible.
