BACKGROUND The cesarean section rate (CSR) has gradually risen in these years.?CASE REPORT ?500 cases of primipara were divided into two groups: 220 cases of control group provided with special education during pregnancy and 280 cases of comparison group not provided with special education during pregnancy, and to study way of delivery and the reason between two groups.?DISCUSSION?The education of psychology and general knowledge during pregnancy plays a positive role in directing women's choosing the way of delivery.
