摘要
[背景 ]探讨进展期胃印戒细胞癌的临床特点 .[病例报告 ]对 1998～ 2 0 0 1年间在我院施行手术治疗的进展期胃癌 2 32例中的 16例胃印戒细胞癌的临床资料进行分析 .[讨论 ]胃印戒细胞癌特点为病人平均年龄低 ,男性多于女性 ,朝鲜族多于汉族 ,多发生于胃小弯侧及幽门部 。
BACKGROUND To study the clinical characteristics of patients with signet ring cell carcinoma of the stomach in advanced stage by the surgical treatment.?[WTHX]CASE REPORT? The clinical data of 16 cases of signet ring cell carcinoma of the stomach were retrospectively analyzed from 232 cases of gastric carcinoma in advanced stage by surgical treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from 1998～2001.?DISCUSSION?The characteristics of the patients with signet ring cell carcinoma of the stomach are the lower average age, male patients are more than female patients, Korean Chinese nationarity patients are more than Han nationality, most cases happened at the pylorus and lesser curvature and belong to the Borrmann Ⅲ.
