摘要
对PTT长丝替代氨纶丝纺弹力包芯纱时 ,纺纱捻度和长丝预牵伸倍数等纺纱工艺配置进行了探讨 ,同时 ,也对其纱线和织物性能进行了测试和分析。PTT长丝的细度远不如氨纶长丝细 ,对开发薄型面料还比较困难 ,但用PTT长丝替代氨纶丝 ,不仅能够开发紧身弹性面料 ,还可开发多种易保养抗皱型面料 ,且有价格优势。
The spinning processing of twist and predraft multiple are in spinning core-spun yarndiscussed with PTT filament instead of polyurethane filament, at the meantime the property of yarn and fabrics is tested and analyzed. Because of fine count of polyurethane filament than that of PTT filament, developing light-weight fabric with PTT filament is difficult, but with PTT instead of polyurethane can develop body suit elastic fabric and wrinkle resistance fabric, and have the price superiority.
