湿式烟气脱硫除尘新技术

New technology of wet desulfurization and dedusting of flue gas from furnace and vault

针对锅炉烟气净化问题 ,开发研制新型湿式脱硫除尘系列装置。实验表明 ,该技术除尘效率达 99.6 % ,脱硫效率为 80 .0 % ,具有很强的实用价值。实际运行过程中该装置的除尘效率达到 98.5 % ,脱硫效率达到78.0 % ,是一种高效除尘脱硫装置设备。

A new technology and an equipment of wet desulfurization and dedusting is developed. The results show that the dedusting efficiency is 99.6%, and the desulfurization efficiency reaches 80%. In the practice, the dedusting efficiency is 99 2%, and the desulfurization efficiency is 78%, which proves that this technology and equipment is a perfect method for desulfurization and dedusting.
