摘要
介绍了CG35 / 3.82 MXD3 型低携带率循环流化床锅炉存在的分离器效率低、磨损严重、返料系统返料不畅、省煤器磨损严重、能耗高等问题 ,提出了采用中温上排气旋风分离器和一次风密相区返料系统循环流化床燃烧技术对其进行改造的技术方案和措施 。
The paper introduces the situation of inefficiency and serious wearing of separator, dust not returning through the return system, economizer serious wearing and heavy energy consumption of the CG35/3.82\|MXD\-3 CFB boiler, and puts forward the measure for reconstructing the CFB boiler with circulating fluidized bed combustion technology of cyclone separator with rise exhaust pipe and dust density region return system with primary wind, and carries out the running effect and economic analysis of the reconstructed CFB boiler.
