摘要
1988午1月～1989年8月,采用Leksell立体定向仪与CT扫描相结合,准确标定脑瘤穿刺靶点,根据肿瘤性质和体积注入适量放射性胶体金(^(198)Au)和磷酸铬(^(32)P)治疗脑肿瘤40例,共手术注入同位素62次,操作均成功,无手术死亡病例及严重并发症,随访3～12个月,临床症状改善29例(73％),CT复查证实肿瘤体积缩小。
The Leksell CT-guided stereotactic system was used and 40 cases of brain tumors were treated with 198Au and 32P from January 1988 to August 1989. 62 injections of the colloidal isotopes were performed and all of them was successful. There was no operative mortality, and no serious complications within one month subsequent to the interstitial irradiation. On follow-up for 3 to 12 months, 73% patients were found to be improved in their clinical symptoms, with reduction of the size of the brain tumors on CT scans. We concluded that this technique is efficacious and safe for certain brain tumors.
