摘要
运用光在介质中传播的特征矩阵方法,通过数值计算,研究了一维光子晶体结构对光子禁带的反射光相位的影响。研究结果表明,光在光子禁带的反射率对于不同的入射角均近似为1;反射光的相位随入射角而变化,对于不同结构的一维光子晶体,反射光相位的变化不同,并且S偏振光和P偏振光的反射光相位的变化亦不相同;通过改变光子晶体的结构参数可以实现对反射光相位的调制。
The effect of structure of onedimensional photonic crystals on the reflective phases was investigated with the method of the characteristic matrix of light transmission in medium and number value calculation.The calculating results showed that the reflectivities of light are near one in forbidden bands of onedimensional photonic crystals in any incidence angle.However,the reflective phases vary with incidence angles.The variations are different for different structures of onedimensional photonic crystals and for Spolarization wave or Ppolarization wave.Therefore,the reflective phase modulation will be achieved by variation of the structure parameters of photonic crystals.
