摘要
将硅光电负阻器件与发光二极管封装在一起,利用硅光电负阻器件的双稳和自锁特性,制成了一种新型的非线性阈值可调光传感器。研究表明,该光传感器不仅可实现对信号的光电耦合,还可实现设定阈值,比较判断和输出驱动等一系列信号处理功能;同时它结构简单,调整方便。
A newstyle nonlinear light sensor of adjustable threshold has been fabricated by packaging a silicon photoelectronic negative resistance device and an LED together,and using the photobistable and selflocking characteristics of the negative resistance device.It is shown this light sensor can realize the photoelectronic coupling of signals,and a series of signal processing functions such as threshold setting,comparing,and output driving.It also has a simple structure and can be modulated conveniently.
