Research of a Laser 3D Body Scanning System by Light Stripe Method

摘要 研制了光带法激光三维人体扫描系统,以4个半导体激光线光源在人体表面形成一个环带,通过位于线光源两侧的8个面阵CCD摄像头接收光带像,在四轴伺服同步扫描系统和计算机网络采集系统的支持下,自上而下地实现了人体外形轮廓的自动扫描。并采用图像处理方法和针孔相机透视变换模型,通过数据处理与数据拼接,成功得到了人体的三维轮廓的点云图数据。 A laser 3D body scanning system based on light stripe method was presented, which can realize body contour automatic scanning from top to bottom and forming a circular stripe on body surface with four semiconductor laser linear light sources. Light stripe image is received from eight image CCD cameras located on the two sides of linear light sources. This system is supported by four-axis servo synchronous scanning system and network collection system. Image processing method and pinhole perspective transforming model were adopted. The point cloud data of 3D body contour are acquired via data processing and data piecing together. The further processing can be done according to the raw data.
