西部地区科技创新现状及对策研究

Research on Present Situation of Technological Innovation in Western Region and Its Countermeasures

本文分析了国内外科技创新形势 ,对西部地区 ,特别是陕西、四川、重庆区域的科技创新能力进行重点研究 ,通过对比指出西部科技创新中所存在的体制、机制方面的问题 ,提出了西部地区加强科技创新促进经济发展的若干对策。

This thesis analysis both international and domestic situation of technological innovation, mainly focused on western region of China, especially on the technological innovation ability of Shanxi, Sichuan and Chongqing areas, pointed out the problems in the system and mechanism of western technological innovation; provided several countermeasures to strength technological innovation for the economical development in western region of China
