论入世对中国技术引进的影响——以跨国公司对华投资策略变化为视角

The Impact of Entry into the WTO on China's Technology Introduction ——from the Change of Multinational's Investment Strategy in China

加入WTO对中国技术引进的利弊 ,目前意见不一。本文从理论与现实两个方面 ,从入世后跨国公司对华投资策略和技术转移决策的变化 ,探讨入世后对我国技术引进的影响 ,认为在传统产业领域利于先进技术的引进 ,但在高新技术领域引进先进技术更为困难。

By now,there is no accordant idea about the advantage or disadvantage to technology introduction after China's Entry into the WTO.This paper tries to compare the difference of multinational's investment strategy and its decision--making of technology transfer after China's Entry into the WTO from two aspect:theory and reality On the basis of this,this paper discusses the impact of WTO on our country's technology introduction, and consider it is more easy for advanced technology introduction in conventional industrial field than in high new technology field
