柞蚕核型多角体病毒(AntheraeapernyiNuclearPolyhedrosisVirus,简称ApNPV) ,属杆状病毒科包含体杆状病毒亚科核型多角体病毒属 ,是柞蚕核型多角体病的病原。该成熟病毒包含体的断面分三层结构 :最外层是致密层 ,次外层是多角体蛋白层 ,内部是病毒束。柞蚕核型多角体病毒的核酸为DNA ,经限制性内切酶PstⅠ,HindⅢ,BamHⅠ,XhoⅠ,SalⅠ,EcoRⅠ和EcoRⅠ +BamHⅠ酶解后 ,电泳分别形成31,25,6,15,24,5,7条谱带。柞蚕核型多角体病毒主要通过食下和体壁创伤途径感染柞蚕幼虫 ,不同病毒株对柞蚕的致病性存在着差异。柞蚕幼虫消化液对柞蚕核型多角体病毒有溶解、灭活作用 ;柞蚕幼虫中肠围食膜对柞蚕核型多角体病毒有灭活作用。柞蚕核型多角体病毒多角体在自然条件下有自然裂解现象 ,游离的病毒粒子在自然条件下很快失活。目前已建立柞蚕核型多角体病毒载体表达系统 ,并在分别在体内。
Antheraea pernyi Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (ApNPV) belongs to Baculoviridae, Eubaculovirindae, Nucleopolyhedrovirus. It is a kind of pathogen that can make Antheraea pernyi develop nuclear polyhedrosis. The occlusion body of ApNPV has many shape. The polyhedron consist of three parts: condensed part, polyhedrin and virus bundle. The virus's nucleic acid is DNA. Restriction enzymes such as PstⅠ,HindⅢ,BamHⅠ,XhoⅠ,SalⅠ,EcoRⅠ,EcoRⅠ+ BamHⅠcan digest the DNA into 31,25,6,15,24,5 and 7 elecerophores's bands respectively. The infections routes of ApNPV are through mouth and injured body wall. The different types of ApNPV distinguished by aera make different pathogenicity. Antheraea pernyi nuclear polyhedron can be dissolved by larva's gut juices and the virions can be killed. The peritrophic membane of Antheraea pernyi mid-gut can kill the virions of ApNPV in vitro condition. Under natural condition, the polyhedrin of ApNPV can dissolve and make the virions lost pathogenicity. Now the ApNPV vector expression system has been established and the report gene has been expressed both in cell line and insect body.
