摘要
研究了用微波消触的方法消解苣荬菜的根。采用美国利曼公司生产的PS I型中阶梯光栅光谱仪测定苣荬菜根中的微量元素。相对标准偏差为0 39%～1 95%,回收率为95%～107%。
This papoer reports the method of digestion the radixes of sonchus brachyotus DC.by microwave sample preperation system and determination concentration of trace elements by using ICP/EcheLLe spectrometer(American Leeman Labs).The relative standard deviation in measurement are 0.39%-1.95%,The ate of recovery of samples standard addition is showed 95%-107%,the result is quite satisfied.
