摘要
我们筛选出65名3~5岁患轻度缺铁性贫血的儿童,通过补充不同剂量的维生素C(0、25、50、100、150mg/人·日),观察其血液指标(Hb、SF、FEP、Hct)8周的变化情况,探讨维生素C与贫血指标之间的剂量效应关系。研究结果表明:维生素C与贫血指标之间的剂量效应关系呈曲线相关,曲线在25~50mg维生素C处有较明显的转折,曲线斜率的绝对值随着维生素C剂量的增加而变小。为合理利用维生素C改善人们的铁营养提供参考依据。
We selected sixty-five children with mild iron deficiency anemia as
subjects for the study. These subjects were divided into five groups. The
children in five groups respectively received 0, 25, 50, 100 and 150 mg of
vitamin C in the form of beverage per day for eight weeks. The finger blood
samples of these subjects were analyzed for haemoglobin, serum ferritin,
free erythrocyte protoporphyrin, and hematocrit in each week, The results
were summarized as following: The dose-effect relationship of vitamin C
to anemia variables revealed curve relation; there were more obvious turns
between 25~50 mg of vitamin C; the absolute value of their slopes decreased
with the increase of the levels of vitamin C. This afford the basis for
reasonable utilizing of vitamin C to improve iron nutrition of human.
