磁粉探伤中另一种反常显示的成因 被引量:3

摘要 根据磁的库仑定律和最小磁性自由能原理 ,给出了纵向磁化时工件表面纵向沟槽棱线上的磁荷分布 ,从而证明工件纵向磁化时纵向裂缝有时也能吸附磁粉 ,形成反常显示。此外 ,还推论出周向磁化时横向裂缝有时亦能吸附磁粉 ,并都已为磁粉探伤的实际经验所验证。 According to Coulombs law of magnetism and the principle of minimum magnetic free energy, the magnetic charge distribution along the edges of a longitudinal slot on work piece surface was given when it was longitudinally magnetized. It was demonstrated that a longitudinal crack would also attract magnetic particles sometimes to form abnormal indication when the work piece was longitudinally magnetized. Furthermore, it was inferred that a transverse crack circumferentially magnetized would adsorb magnetic particles sometimes too. The above had been verified by practical experience of magnetic particle inspection.
