摘要
分析Internet的发展对传统工程企业生产计划与控制的影响 ,构建工程企业在Internet环境下生产计划与控制的模式框架 ,并提出该系统模式成功实施的 2个关键因素 :信息技术和合作竞争。分析Internet环境下的生产计划与控制的新特点。讨论生产计划 /生产调度系统原型的设计思想。总结出现代工程企业在Internet时代发展中应注意的几个问题。
The author analyzes the influence of Internet to traditional production planning and control of engineering enterprise, sets up a production planning and control model based on Internet, and presents two key factors of the model, IT and cooperative competition. Major problems of production planning and control are presented with the analysis of the new characteristics of production control on the context of Internet. A new system prototype for planning and scheduling is designed in the end, and several aspects should be noticed during running engineering enterprises.
