台湾茶业若干问题浅析

An analysis of tea industry in Taiwan

福建与台湾隔水相望,两岸茶业各具特点和优势。本文综述了台湾茶叶的发展、栽培、加工、营销以及特色等,旨在增强对台湾茶业的了解,加强两岸茶业的交流与合作,为大陆茶业的发展提供借鉴。

Fujian and Taiwan locate at the two sides of the Straits and their tea industries have themselves' features and advantages respectively. In this paper, the origin, planting, processing, marketing and characteristics of tea in Taiwan are reviewed, so as to give more information about it, to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of tea industries at the two sides of the Straits, and to offer reference for tea development in the mainland.
