摘要
在华东江苏、安徽、浙江、江西、福建五省,对23个点766999人口进行脑血管病流行病学调查。患病1238例,患病率161.9/10万,中国标化率102.4/10万,世界标化率208.4/10万;年发病762例,发病率99.6/10万,中国标化率81.8/10万,世界标化率158.2/10万。华东是全国脑血管病患病和发病偏低的南方地区,但脑血管病仍是仅次于癌症的第二位死亡原因。城市患病率高于农村。81%的病例集中在60岁以上年龄组。本文还讨论了人口年龄结构变化与解放后脑血管病发病增高趋势和城乡差异的关系。
An epidemiologic research on the prevalence and incidence rates of cere-
brovascular diseases was conducted in a population of 766999 people at 23
research points in five provinces in east China. There were 1238 cases suff-
ering from cerebrovascular diseases; the prevalence rate was 161.9 per 100000
people; the rate standardized with Chinese population in 1964 was 102.4/
100000 people, and that with world standard population was 208.4/100000
people. 762 cases of the cerebrovascular diseases occurred in the reseach
year, the incidence rate was 81.8/100000 people, and that standardized with
world population was 158.2/100000 people. Though the prevalence rate of
cerebrovascular diseases in east China is lower than that in north part, but
it is still the second cause of death next to cancer. 81 per cent of the cases
of cerebrovascular diseases occurred in the population over sixty years of
age. The relationship between the change of age composition in population
and the rising trend of incidence rate of cerebrovascular diseases was discu-
ssed in this paper.
