摘要
论述了国内某地高品位钼矿的特性及其综合回收的工艺 ,着重对氧化剂浸取钼的工艺进行了探讨研究 ,并就酸、碱处理和溶剂萃取及离子交换的工艺进行了比较和论述。通过实验 ,认为氧化碱浸的条件为 :物料 - 2 0 0目 ,加入适量氧化剂 ,液固比为 7∶1 ,反应温度为≥ 1 0 0℃ ,pH =1 0～ 1 2 。
The characteristic and processing technology of mo l ybdenum ore with high content in somewhere of China were studied emphasizing on recovery of molybdenum by oxidizing agent leaching some processing methods,such as acid and alkali treatment,solvent extractor and ion exchange ware compared,t he technic condition for oxidize leaching were tested as follow:ore particle siz e,-200 mesh,adequate oxidizing agent L/S=7∶1,react temperature:≥100 ℃,pH:10～ 12.
