摘要
为了提高飞行员的热耐力,本研究采用了在热环境条件下打篮球和长跑运动相结合的热习服训练方法。通过7名受试者标准热暴露实验和10名飞行员试用,结果表明,连续6天训练,受试者可获得理想的热习服效果。本文初步提出了评价受试者热习服训练强度和效果的心率和口腔温度对应值,并对训练中的适宜补水量作了分析。本训练方法符合飞行部队实际,具有推广意义。
In order to improve the air force pilots heat tolerance, this studyadopts the training method combined with playing basketball and distancerunning under hot environment, throgh standard heat exposure test by 7subjects and the trial of 10 pilots, the result indicated that subjects canacquire ideal effects of heat acclimatization after 6 days training. In ourstudy, the corresponding values of heart rate and oral temperature, whichare valuable for evaluating training intensities and effects of acclimatizationwere given and the suitable amounts of water supply in training were alsodiscussed.
