多异多重复合涤纶长丝判色灵敏度的对比研究

Study on sensitivity of the multi-differential and multi-composite polyester filament with comparision

采用专门研制的小容量高温高压溢流染色机,对加捻前后的涤丝以及专门制织的织物试样进行了快速染色试验,探讨了多异多重复合涤纶长丝摇袜染色与机头布染色的色差显露程度的差异,研究了不同染色条件下机头布染色的色差显露程度,选择出相对灵敏的机头布染色方案。

Multi-differential and multi-composite polyester filament untwisted and twisted and fabrics woven specially are dyed quickly by a small volume, high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine that is developed and manufactured specially. The difference of uncovering degree against color difference between composite polyester filament stocking leg dyeing and tabs dyeing are discussed, and the difference of uncovering degree against color difference in the different dyeing conditions are alse studyed. Furtherly, relatively sensitive tabs dyeing method is selected.
