近年来,常有新闻报道一些造纸企业由于国外产品的倾销,致使企业遭受损失。本文拟通过研究国外反倾销法律机制,探讨我国造纸行业如何应对国外产品的倾销行为,减少造纸企业利润流失,摆脱面临的困境。

It is frequently reported in recent years that domestic papermaking enterprises are suffering losses from the dumping of foreignproducts. This paper, through study of the legal antidumping mechanisms abroad, explores into how to confront the dumping of foreignproducts, to decrease the profit loss of the papermaking enterprises, and to extricate from the present predicament.
