摘要
在Erdogan最大周向应力理论基础上经理论分析和数学推导,得出Ⅰ-Ⅱ型复合裂纹开裂角的三角函数表达式及周向断裂判据的实用解答。这对经常出现于在役锅炉压力容器压力管道上的此类裂纹缺陷进行安全评定及寿命计算具有较大的实用意义。
Through theoretical analysis and mathematical deduction basing on Erdogan maximum circumferential stress theory, the trigonometric expression of Ⅰ-Ⅱ mixed mode crack initial angle and practical answer of circumference fracture criterion have been obtained in this paper. The research results had a vital practical meaning for safety assessment and life-count of boiler, pressure vessel, pressure pipe in service containing defects a-bout the cracks.
