超声波自动检测技术是融无损检测、机械自动化、自动控制、计算机硬软件等为一体的综合性技术,它不但有着检测重复率高、检验速度快等优点,同时还能在各种恶劣的环境下代替人工操作。随着此项技术和设备的完善以及成本的进一步降低,超声波自动检测技术将在许多领域得到广泛应用。
Auto-Ultrasonic inspection is a comprehensive technique which consists of mechanization and automation for UT procedure; digitization of UT signals;hardware and software of computer to handle the processes above. The technique possesses not only a high inspection speed and with accurate repeat rate but also the special features to run at different hard environments. It is thought that as the continuous improvements of equipments and further cut its cost down, the wide application of auto-UT will be in the near future.
