通过分析捷达轿车发动机罩铰链支架成形特点,制定了成对弯曲成形工艺,工艺不仅成形质量好、尺寸精度高,而且提高了生产效率。此外,还研究了窄板弯曲的回弹及其合理值的确定。

Through analysis of the forming particulars of the hinge bracket of the front engine hood of Jetta passenger car,the pair bending forming technology has been drawn up,which has resulted in good forming quality and high pre-cision in dimensions with high productivity.The reasonable quantity of rebound according to the rebound phenome-na of the narrow plate bending has also been determined.
