带压力补偿平衡阀的设计及性能研究

Design & characteristic research on balancing valve with pressure compensation

平衡阀是重型液压机械中的一个重要元件,传统的平衡阀导控压力过高,能量损失大。本文提出了带压力补偿平衡阀的结构,并分析了阀的静、动态特性。仿真结果表明该阀导控压力低,稳定性好。

A balancing valve with pressure compensation,of which the structure and working principle have been de-scribed and its static and dynamic characteristics been analysed,has been indicated by simulation to be with lower con-trolling pressure and higher stable performance than traditional balancing valve which produces higher energy loss.
