摘要
对16头新生乳牛的胸腺、淋巴结和脾脏进行组织学和组织化学观察,并以酸性α-醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)法显示T淋巴细胞的分布和数量。结果表明,新生乳牛的胸腺已相当发达,含ANAE阳性反应的淋巴细胞较多,其分布自皮质向髓质呈递增的趋势。淋巴结和脾脏均不及成年的发达,已含有大量自胸腺输入的T淋巴细胞,但B淋巴细胞较少。在淋巴结已形成极少数不具生发中心的初级淋巴小结。各淋巴器官内均含大量巨噬细胞,其密度远较成年的为高。
The histological structure of the thymus, spleen and lymph nodes from sixteen newborn calves was observed, and the distribution and number of T lymphocytes was also studied by demonstrating acid alpha-naphythl acetate esterase (ANAE) activity. The results showed that newborn calves had moderately developed thymus at birth and contained numerous ANAE-positive lymphocytes. The distribution of the ANAE-positive cells gradually increased from the cortex toward the medulla in thymus. The development of lymphatic tissue in the lymph nodes and spleen was less than that of adult, however there were plenty of T lymphocytes which originated from the thymus, but B lymphocytes were relatively less. There were few primary lymph nodules which devoid of germinal centre in the lymph nodes. All lymphatic organs of newborn calves contained many macrophages, and their density was significantly higher than the adult.
