ERP是一种利用现代信息技术建立信息网络系统 ,全面整合企业内外资源的管理思想和模式 ,可增强企业的管理效率和水平 ,提高企业的经济效益和竞争能力 ,日益受到生产企业的关注。本文描述了 ERP技术的管理思想 ,分析了 ERP在中国的应用状况 ,并着重探讨了 ERP在中国应用所存在的问题及发展前景。
