高效气-液双相CO_2缓蚀剂的研究 被引量:8

摘要 以吗啉、三聚甲醛、二正丁胺为原料合成了一种吗啉衍生物 ,以异丁醛、氨水和硫为原料合成了一种噻唑衍生物 .采用静态挂片失重法 ,研究了两种衍生物及其与其它缓蚀剂复配后对CO2 腐蚀的缓蚀效果 .结果表明 ,该吗啉衍生物与咪唑啉衍生物、硫脲及丙炔醇复配后对CO2 腐蚀有很好的缓蚀效果 ;而噻唑衍生物单独使用时对CO2 腐蚀有较好的缓蚀效果 ,其它常用缓蚀剂中只有丙炔醇对其有协同促进作用 .这两种复配缓蚀剂都是高效气 A kind of morpholine derivative was synthesized by morpholine,trioxane and dibutylamines,and a thiazole derivative was synthesized by morpholine,ammonia and sulfur.The corrosion inhibition efficiency of the two derivatives and their mixtures with other corrosion inhibitors were studied by static weightloss measurement.Results show that the mixture of morpholine derivative with imidazoline derivative,thiocarbamide and propiolic alcohol has a good inhibitive efficiency for CO 2 induced corrosion.But thiazole derivative has a good inhibitive efficiency for CO 2 induced corrosion when used individually,and among the common used inhibitors only propiolic has synergism effect with thiazole derivative.The two corrosion inhibitors are both high efficient inhibitors for CO 2 induced corrosion in vapor-liquid phases.
