摘要
对恒温恒液位系统进行深入机理分析,根据系统规律建立其动态机理模型。为了使所建模型具有实用性,对模型进行降阶、线性化、增量化及离散化处理,然后进行仿真研究。仿真结果与实际情况的相吻合说明所建模型是有效的,并且该动态机理建模方法是工业系统模型建立时一种易学、有效的方法,具有很好的应用价值。
A constant temperature and constant liquidlevel system has been analyzed profoundly through its mechanism process. According to its regular laws,the processing dynamic mechanism model has been established in this paper.To applying the model to actual system, the model has been lowered step,linearized, and discreted.Then the model build in this paper has been simulated.The simulating result shows the model is valid and valuable,and the method of dynamic mechanism modeling is an easy to learn and valuable method while modeling a usual industrial system, and the method has good applied value.
