摘要
明确劳动者权益的内涵、计量及相关治理方法是完善公司治理结构的重要前提。文章分析了劳动者权益的内涵,将劳动者权益的内容从劳动者权益享有者的角度划分为企业家权益、工人权益和技术人员权益,并对相应权益的计量进行了探讨。指出只有当计量的劳动者权益与企业所给予的劳动者报酬相等时,方可实现企业所有者与劳动者的"双赢"。最后,就如何实现劳动者权益、劳动者以何种方式参与企业决策提出了若干建议。
Clarifying the conception, calculating and constructing method of labor′s equity is the premise of bettering company′s constructing structure. The conception of labor′s equity has been analyzed and divided into entrepreneurial equity,worker′s equity and technician′s equity.The paper has calculated the three kinds of equity respectively,and pointed out only if labor′s equity is equal to labor′s reward can the owner of the enterprise and labors be 'win to win'.At the end,several suggestions on how to realize labor′s equity and how labors join the enterprise′s decision making have been put forward.
