摘要
本文用甲状腺素片在家兔身上复制出甲亢模型,通过组织学及超微结构观察到家兔心肌横纹模糊、纵纹断裂,灶状脂肪变性及纤维化;线粒体肿大、数量增加,Z线消失。结果说明甲亢与心肌形态损伤有着直接的关系。
Hyperthyroid rabbits were induced by feeding excessive amounte of desicant thyroid.After 95 day, all the rabbits were killed, then examineing the myocadium.The result showing (1) Lgiht microscope:disordely myofibers, foci of myofiber fattey change,necrosis, fiberosis and interstitial infiltrates of lymphocytes are present .cross striation become indistinct. (2) Electron microsope:some of myofibers discontinue and some of Z line are disappearance or blending .The number of mitochondrim incresed and swelling.
