摘要
本文采用6例婴幼儿脑标本,动脉灌注墨汁明胶液,做连续水平切片,观察中脑各结构的毛细血管密度。结果表明:核团的血管密度高于纤维束。血管密度较高的核团有下丘核、动眼神经核、滑车神经核和红核;纤维束中以被盖中央束的血管密度最高,锥体束的血管密度最低。
The arteries of 6 infant midbrains were infused with a mixture of Chinese ink and gelatin.The capillary densities of various nuclei and tracts in the midbrain were osberved in the serial transverse sections.The nuclei are more densely vascularized than tracts.The high density nuclei are inferior collicular nucleus, oculomotor nucleus, trochlear nucleus and red nucleus.The capillary density of the central tegmental tract is the highest among the tracts observed and that of the pyramidal tract is the lowest.
