前臂内侧皮神经纤维的定位

LOCATION CF FIBER CF MBDIAL ANTIBRACHIAL CUTANEOUS NERVE

本研究对前臂内侧皮神经纤维的显微解剖观察基础上,运用改良Karnovsky-Roots直接显色的乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)组化方法进行观察,结果提示:前臂内侧皮神经纤维在臂丛内侧束分支处位于内侧束的下方(底面),自远向近行径时,在臂丛下干逐渐转向臂丛神经断面的下外侧(左右均如此),至C_8T_1神经根近端走向外侧,在胸廓出口区域第一肋处局部定位观察见该神经纤维束位于臂丛断面的下侧或下外侧。本研究从酶组织化学角度阐述前臂内侧皮神经纤维在臂丛内的位置关系及其在胸廓出口区域与第一肋的局部毗邻关系,证实了该纤维在胸廓出口区域存在着极易受压的解剖形态学基础,对于臂丛神经血管受压症的诊断具有临床指导意义。

The modified AchE histochemistry method was applied to observe the position of fibers of medial antibrachial cutaneous nerve within brachial plexus. It suggested that the fibers of MACN were localized in the inferior site of cross section of medial cord of brachial plexus and gradually run inferiorlaterally from distal to proximal end.It was in the lateral site at C8, T1 roots. At the area of thoracic outlet,the fibers of medial antibrachial cutaneous nerve located at inferior or inferiorlateral site of cross section of brachial plexus while riding over the first rib.these results were the same as it′s microanatomical observation,This study provided an relible theoretical basis for using sensory examnation of medial forearm to diagnose brachial plexus and vessels compression syndrome.
