摘要
用12只家兔将39%HRP40μl分5-8点注入胆囊壁内,以下神经节内出现标记细胞:双侧迷走神经下节、腹腔节和双侧背根节(DRG)C_4、T_(4-8);左侧DRG C_(3-4)、T_(2-10);右侧DRG C_4、T_(4-8)、T_(11)。C_4、T_(6-8)为高峰区。标记细胞总数94个(左54,右40)。迷走神经下节出现58个(61.70%),DRG出现36个(38.29%),腹腔节出现100个,因性质未定,未计入总数。
12 adult rabbits were injected with 30% HRP about 40μl in to the subserous coat of gall bladder. Labelled neurons were found in the following ganglia : nodose ganglion of the vagus, coeliac ganglion and dorsal root ganglion(DRG) C_4, T_(4-8) in bi sides ; DRG C_3, T_2, T_(9-10) in left tide, and DRG T_(12) in right side.The peak points are situated at C_4, T_(6-8).The total number of labelled neurons appeared in all ganglion are 94(52 in left, 42 in right).In which 58 (61.70%) were found in nodose ganglion, 36(3 8.29%)were found in DRG and quality of 100 labelled neurons in coeliac ganglion is uncertainly, so they are not counted in the total number of visceral afferent neuron.
